Coconut Butter and Walnut Fudge is rich and chocolate-y, but not too sweet. You'll only need a small piece to satisfy a craving. Servings 16 servings.
Healthy Vegan Fudge (30 minutes!)
Toast walnuts in a small pan over medium heat for about 3 minutes. Add the shredded coconut and stir, toasting lightly for another 2 minutes. Pour onto a plate to cool. Set aside. Melt coconut butter in a heavy pot over low heat or microwave for 30 seconds. Coconut butter can burn easily and quickly, so keep an eye on it!
Alternatively, you may create a water bath by placing the jar in a pot of water and gently warming until melted or melt in a double boiler.
Maple Cashew Coconut Fudge Squares (Raw, Paleo, Vegan)
Mix all ingredients until well-combined. You may add all ingredients to the pot or bowl in which you melted the coconut butter this saves you from washing another bowl! Line an 8" x 8" baking dish with parchment or wax paper. Pour the fudge mixture into the dish and spread the top with the back of a spoon or spatula until flat and smooth.
Cover with lid, foil, or plastic wrap. Gluten-free and vegan recipe.

These look beautiful! Ive never worked with cocoa butter or coconut manna, are they one in the same only one is melted? Cacao butter is the fat from a cocoa bean think chocolate flavor. They serve different functions in this recipe — cacao butter lends this the chocolate flavor.

Cocoa butter gives this creaminess and serves as an emulsifier. Your intuition has very good tastes, these sound heavenly! Those two just pair together perfectly. And the automatic layers part is pretty awesome too :. Oh, I bet it was amazing, that lotion. Save my name, email, and website in this browser for the next time I comment. Pinterest Facebook Twitter.

This looks amazing!!! Being dairy free makes finding delicious treats sometimes hard, but these look great. And what a great Christmas gift these would make also! You had me at maple!!! I am a little scared to make these, because they look so addictively delicious, I fear I may eat the whole pan.
BUT, I'm not going to let that stop me These sound and look amazing! I just made some pumpkin fudge that's very similar to these.
